1. Data controller

The data controller is Airanigami Studio, an independent creative project based in Italy.

2. Data processed when you visit the site

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site may be processed automatically, such as IP address, request information, browser/device information, timestamps and security-related data.

The purpose is to make the website available, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

3. Data you send by email

If you contact Airanigami by email, the email address you use and the information you include in your message are processed in order to reply and manage the conversation.

Depending on the content of the request, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in answering communications or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Airanigami does not currently use analytics, advertising, personalization or newsletter cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms when required for security and network functionality, for example when protective features or challenges are triggered.

If non-essential analytics, embeds, advertising or other tracking technologies are added in the future, this notice will be updated and consent mechanisms will be introduced where required.

5. Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security services. Technical data may be processed through Cloudflare's global infrastructure, including locations outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards used by the provider.

6. Retention

Technical data is retained according to the operational and security settings of the relevant infrastructure provider. Email correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, manage the relationship or meet applicable legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
